By using Singa you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you. Singa is provided by Cypresso Pte. Ltd.
1. The service
Singa lets pupils practise exam papers and questions on iPad and get them marked and explained by AI (“Teacher Singa”). AI marking and explanations can be wrong. Use them as a study aid, not as an official grade; predicted Achievement Levels are estimates only.
2. Credits and subscriptions
- Marking papers and practice, and asking Teacher Singa, use credits. New accounts get free trial credits.
- Plans are auto-renewing App Store subscriptions (monthly, every 3 months or yearly). Each plan gives a monthly allowance of credits, shared by all the children on the account; unused monthly credits do not carry over. Bonus credits do not expire.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Deleting your Singa account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in Settings first.
3. Acceptable use
Use Singa for learning. Do not misuse Teacher Singa, share other people’s personal information, try to break or overload the service, or copy the paper library or question bank out of the app. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Content
Exam papers and questions are provided for personal revision. Your handwriting, answers and messages remain yours; you allow us to process them to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Liability
We work to keep Singa available and accurate but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for results in school exams. Nothing here limits rights you have under Singapore law.
6. Changes and law
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Questions? Email support@singa.education.
