Need help with Singa? The quickest way to reach us is Me → Feedback in the app: we reply there and you get a notification. You can also use the feedback page or email support@singa.education.
1. Signing in and children
- Singa uses Sign in with Apple. Sign in with the same Apple ID on each iPad to see the same children, papers and credits.
- Up to 10 children can share one Apple ID. Add or remove them in Me → Students, and switch between them from the name at the top left.
2. Doing a paper
- Write with Apple Pencil or your finger. Use the Write and Scroll buttons to switch between writing and moving around the page; the page list on the left jumps to any page.
- Papers download when you open them and stay on the iPad, so you can keep working offline. Your work is saved as you go.
- Tap Submit when you are done. Teacher Singa marks the pages you wrote on, usually within a minute or two.
3. Marking and credits
- Marking papers and practice, and asking Teacher Singa questions, use credits. New accounts get free credits to try Singa.
- AI marking can be wrong. If a mark looks wrong, tap Report a marking problem on that question.
- Predicted Achievement Levels (AL) are estimates for practice, not official results.
4. Subscriptions
- Plans give a monthly allowance of credits, shared by the children on the account, and renew automatically through the App Store.
- To change or cancel a plan, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPad.
- Bought a plan but don’t see the credits? Tap Restore purchases on the Plans screen.
- Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Your account and data
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time in Me → Delete account. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
